Considering God (Again)

Rev. Lucy Bunch preaching with Rev. Dr. Roger Jones, Worship Associate Courtney O Neil, Music Director Anthony Tavianini, Pianist Irina Tchantceva

skyThe latest surveys indicated that belief in God continues to decline, down to 81% in 2022.  But while a majority believe in God, only 56% believe in the divine being described in the Bible and roughly a quarter say they believe in a “higher power or spiritual force” instead of the biblical God. We will consider the idea of God in historical context as well as meaning for our lives today.

Labyrinth Walk in the Meadow at 9:30.

Joys & Sorrows candles & prayer cards in the sanctuary before the service.

After the service, meet staff from NorCal Resist, our Community Partner for April.

After the service, stop by the Stewardship Table to get a treat and make your financial commitment for the 2025-26 budget year. If all of us pledge soon, this drive will end on April 13.
