Needs Assessment for Planning for the Future

In the process of discovering the wishes of the congregation in  planning for our campus for the next 50 years, we have devised several ways of collecting opinions from individuals.

First of all the U U Master Planning Facilitators along with the Oversight Committee, and with the help of our architect, Jeff Gold, created a questionnaire covering many possibilities for the development of the plan. The Congregational Questionnaire was then circulated widely and a large number of members and friends responded.

In addition Jeff interviewed groups of people most responsible for certain aspects of the program and the campus—or Focus Groups. You will see the results of these under the title Compilation of Focus Groups. See Jeff's summary of responses from the Congregational Questionnaire and the Focus Group.

The Master Plan Schedule lays out the time frame for the completion of the Master Plan for the next 50 years, and steps along the way showing out most immediate needs and prioritizing changes for the future.
