Guidelines for "Blue Sheet" Articles
The Blue Sheet is published weekly and is included in the Sunday Order of Service and is also posted on the UUSS website.
Blue Sheet articles must be submitted by 1 PM the Wednesday before the Sunday you would like the information to appear. You have 6 days 14 minutes 36 seconds before the next deadline!
Articles should be submitted electronically to bluesheet@uuss.org. If email is not convenient, please contact the UUSS office.
Articles for the Blue Sheet should be not more than 65 words and will be accepted as space permits. At times space limitations may make it necessary to edit the article.
Protection of Sensitive Information
Because it is accessible on the UUSS website, it is thus available to the entire world and open to scrutiny from all. For this reason, please observe the following rules regarding sensitive information contained in your articles:
- Do not include last names of minors.
- Only UUSS phone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses will be published in the Internet version of the Blue Sheet.
- Phone numbers and email addresses of contact persons for special events or interest groups should only be used if you are sure that the individuals have no objection to this information being made public.
