Calendars and Events

Where can I find the monthly calendar of activities?

Select Monthly Calendar from the Current Events menu. This opens the official UUSS calendar for the current month. You can find out more about any event listed, including where the event will be held, by clicking on it. You can also view the calendars for prior and future months by using the controls at the top of the page. Use your browser's previous page or back button to return to the UUSS website when you are done with the calendar.

Directories and Contact Information

Where is the member directory?

Select Member Directory* from the Members menu. If you haven't already signed in, you'll be prompted to enter your sign-in ID and password. (Contact the UUSS office if you need an ID.) Once you've passed the security check, a page listing the available directories (yes, there are more than one). Click the title of the directory you are interested in to download it to your computer. To read the directory, you need Adobe Acrobat or a PDF reader installed on your computer.

Where can I find a phone number or email address for one of the ministers?

Select the minister from the Ministers menu. You'll find their phone number, email address and office hours in the right side column under the heading Finding ...

Where can I find a phone number or email address for a staff member?

Select Staff from the Who We Are menu. This displays all current staff and gives their phone number and email addresses.

How can I contact the website team with suggestions or complaints?

Click Feedback at the bottom of any page in the UUSS website. Use the form that appears to send your message.

Forms and Documents

Where are the Board documents?

Select Board of Trustees from the Who We Are menu. Links to all Board documents appears in the right column of their pages.

Groups and Activities

Where can I find the Pathways brochure?

Select Activities/Pathways from the Activities menu. This opens the online version of Pathways. To print a copy of the Pathways brochure, click the PDF link that appears near the bottom of the left column on this page.

Photos and Slideshows

How can I add a picture to the slideshow that appears at the top of the page?

Send the picture to the webmaster at webmaster@uuss.org. Be sure to identify who took the picture and who is in it. If any children are shown, you need to add a note to your email certifying that their parent or legal guardian has granted permission for the picture to appear on the website.

How can I get a picture removed from the slideshow?

If you want any picture that appears on the UUSS website removed, send an email to the webmaster at webmaster@uuss.org or contact the UUSS office. Please identify which picture you want removed and why.

Room Requests

How can I reserve a room?

Select Request a Room from the Members menu. This displays the UUSS Room Use Request Form. You can complete the request online or download a printable version.

Sermons

How can I listen to a sermon?

Select Sermon Archive from the Sermons menu. This opens a page that lists the latest 15 sermons. To listen to the sermon on your computer, click the small purple microphone icon in the row for that sermon. Make sure your speakers are on, since the sermon will start playing immediately. If you would rather listen to the sermon on your iPod or MP3 player, click the title of the sermon in the list and then click Download mp3 file on the page that appears.
