• Go to uuss.org/auction to access the auction website.
• Click on REGISTER at top.  Register using your email address.  You will need to register a credit card as well, which will be erased after paying your winnings.
• Click on AUCTION to see the 3 pages of items up for bid.

Some items have a Buy It Now (BIN) price. If you opt to pay this higher price you are guaranteed a winning spot. Usually you can purchase more than one BIN spot.

Each bidder must register separately and have their own email address. You can share credit cards with your partner. If you sign in as someone else, you can bid under their name.

• First of all, check you calendar to make sure you’re free the day and time of the event
• Second, the program will ask if you’re sure you want to place a bid at the given amount.  Stop and think before clicking “yes”.
• Last resort is to email the auction committee at and we’ll do our best to solve the issue.

Click on MY ACCOUNT (at the top). There you can see everything you’ve won if the item is a fixed price or you bid the Buy It Now price. You can also see which items you’re currently bidding on, as well as other information.

• There are three pages of items, so don’t forget to check them all out.
• Use the Show Me drop down menu (click AUCTION at top and then look for it right below where you clicked) to find items that have no bids, items you’re outbid on and other choices.
