I commit my time, talents, experience and skills to the Program Council and the groups we serve. I will share my thoughts, and actively and confidentially listen to, accept and embrace the diverse gifts of other Program Council members. I will give and receive feedback with compassion and will ask for help when I need it. Together we will gently hold each other accountable and creatively serve UUSS groups and programs consistent with our charge and church mission, by-laws, constitution and strategic plan.
