November 9, 1921 – March 26, 2022 Helen Louise (Billie) Bayless Menz passed away peacefully at the age of 100 in her home in Citrus Heights. She was surrounded by her four daughters, Mary, Margie, Mindy and Marti who cared for her in her final years. Billie also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
