with Doug Kraft Sat., Jan. 16, 8:30 am-4:30 p.m.
We will gather for a day of silent Buddhist meditation under the guidance of Doug Kraft. You will meditate in your home (or favorite place) and we’ll meet over Zoom. The day will include time for community gatherings and discussion as well as small group personalize instruction in small groups. And of course, there will be time for silent meditation practice.
