Have you considered your desired end of life care? You are welcome to attend “End of Life Planning” on three Tuesdays: October 24 & 31 and November 7, at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the UUSS Fahs Room.
Instructor: Molly Stuart
In this program, we work our way from a practical understanding of the issues surrounding end of life care, then explore our life values so that we can respect them even during death, and finally articulate specific gradations in the kind of care we hope for. We do this to protect our family and caregivers from difficult and uncertain decisions and to receive the kind of care we wish for. Please plan to attend all sessions. Requested donation to UUSS Adult Enrichment: $40 per person, to be paid at the first class. Sign up at Connections table on Sunday or e-mail
