7:00 pm Check in for non-ticket-holders to take part in raffle and Live Auction
7:15 pm Raffle closes; Live Auction and Entertainment begins
8:00 pm Raffle results posted; collect your raffle winnings

Sunday Nov 13: Continue to bid on your must-have Silent Auction items until bidding closes at 11:59 pm

Meanwhile, bidding is open so explore the nearly 90 items generously offered by your fellow UUers in the Silent Auction. All sales support the programs and services of UUSS. Bidding for the online auction is open until almost midnight on November 13, one day after the live auction event.

Be sure to check your calendar before bidding, and write down the dates of the events you bid on! Sadly, you will be responsible for paying for any item you win, even if it was bid on in error.

Bidders must register first in order to be able to place a bid, but if you bought an auction dinner ticket, you are probably already registered. If not, just go to Bidding Info at the top of the Auction website page, click the register button, and follow the steps. Go to the Silent Auction tab to view our auction items.

When you are signed in as a bidder you can click on an item in the catalog and if bidding is open for the item you should see a form that leads you through the bidding process. Once you have placed a bid, you will receive an automated email, and later you’ll be notified by email and by text if you are outbid. You may disable the text reminders by typing “stop” on your cell phone

We are offering several flat rate or buy-it-now options as lower cost items. If you bid on one of these, it will immediately show as a purchase on your account page. You can check out as you go or maintain a balance due until the end of the auction.

When signed-in, the My Account page provides you with an overview of your account including such information as your Account Summary, Bidder Details, Active Bids, and Payments.
