Pre-bidding Tables will be on the “Sunny Side”

The Auction action begins Sunday! With the new sanctuary layout, most of us leave the church through the west doors. For the next two Sundays, Auction Pre-bidding tables will be located on the patio through the EAST doors (where they have always been.) When you walk out of the sanctuary, turn right and you’ll see the clipboards. Peruse the possibilities and pick your favorites.
Most items will include a chance to “Buy It Now” if you want to guarantee yourself a place at the table, so to speak. Printed catalogs will be available. Take one home and get your bidding strategy nailed down before the big event on Saturday, April 16!

Absolutely, Linda! Let the ticket sellers put her credit card on file. Then just put her name and her bid number on the Bid Sheet. You’ll need to watch the bid sheet to see if she gets outbid, so you’ll want to know how high she wants to go… or else you could Buy It Now! We’ll be contacting folks the day after the Auction with a statement of their winnings.
May I bid for a UUSS member, who has given her CC in exchange for a bid number? She may not be able to attend Sunday service due to prior commitment?
