Slow Food Italian Dinner…with a Twist
Back to where it all started: Italy! Experience the roots of the “slow food movement” while dining al fresco in the garden. Slow food, the opposite of…yes…fast food, means eating meals, well-prepared from local, fresh ingredients. Guaranteed: No snails!

Papermaking in Fair Oaks
Have fun making hand-made paper on my patio in Fair Oaks. This is a non-threatening, no-fail activity dipping into pulp with screens and adding material to make interesting papers. This is a standing activity to be done in the a.m. before the heat strikes. Light snacks provided.
Airport Shuttle
Round trip ride to SMF airport. Maximum 3 riders. Range: Elk Grove, Folsom, West Sac. Sit back and leave the driving to us!
Homemade condiments
Don’t miss out on this bag of pear chutney, pickle relish, lemon marmalade, and apricot jam. The Meyer lemons and apricots are from our backyard. The pears were picked by disabled women in Courtland. The pickle relish came from a UU friend. Feast for months on these delicious homemade items.
Family Outdoor Movie Night
Come join us at our home (in East Sacramento) to watch a children’s movie projected on a backyard ‘big screen’. We’ll have pizza, ice cream, and of course popcorn!
