What are all the differences between suborganizations and affiliated groups? Specifically, is one of the groups I belong to, the UU Beginning Ukers, a suborganization or an affiliated group? Not an urgent question, but I may bring it up at the meeting. Thanks!

What the proposed changes to the Constitution are is not apparent to me (or I have missed a cue). Might those changes be highlighted in some way?
