Every month, UUSS gives half of the offering donations (i.e., contributions not designated as pledge payments) to a local not-for-profit organization.  Twelve organizations receive about $35,000 in total over the course of a year.

Thanks to everyone for making UUSS a generous congregation.

Members voting at the October 2019 Congregational Meeting considered 18 organizations which had been nominated by members to be our community partners for 2020.  All  received eloquent and vigorous endorsements for their mission and good works, but these are the 12 that received the most votes in a ranked-choice balloting process.

Some are new partners to UUSS and some are long-term partners. You can do an online search to see the website of any one of them, and the web links were included in the December Unigram newsletter.
