What is the Wellspring Women’s Center?
“Wellspring Women’s Center in Sacramento’s Oak Park neighborhood, nurtures the innate goodness and personal self-esteem of women and their children. We serve nearly 200 women and children each weekday and offer four different programs: the Nutritious Meal Program, the Children’s Corner Program, the Safety Net Services Program, and the Women’s Wellness Program.”

How can you help?
1) Sundays, March 10 and 17, drop off donations at the Community Partners table in the Welcome Hall; Items such as travel size toiletries, baby supplies, art supplies and specific items for the Nutritious Meals Program. (Pick up handout of the complete list of needed items at the table). Or go to this link for more details:
You can also bring these items to the church office through Friday, March 22
2) Participate in a volunteer work morning at the Wellspring Center on April 12, 9:00-11:45 AM:
We are looking for 3-7 volunteers (all genders) to help in the following areas: Kitchen prep; meal service; childcare; and staffing the welcome area.
