This survey is for the Arcade Creek Rec and Park District. Each year Park Districts allocate impact fees for new projects and amenities. This survey will inform decision making on how these funds are spent and how projects will be prioritized.

The survey is also being translated in Spanish/Dari/Hmong/Russian and we get translated versions when complete.  Please let us know if you would like translated versions.
