We will be hosting families Sunday September 3 through
Tuesday September 11

Yes you read that correctly we are hosting for a few extra days.  One of the other host congregations is having renovations done and of course it is behind schedule so they cannot host the week of Sept 10.  UUSS and another congregation will be filling in the gap.  So we need even more volunteers this time

Volunteers are needed for:

• Set-up and Tear-Down

• Providing parts of meals

• Hosting during the dinner hour

• Staying Overnight

• Donations of perishable and non-perishable items (or a cash donation)

There are sign-up sheets on google docs.  If you’ve volunteered before and we have a current email, you will be able to sign-up online by following these directions:

• Enter your name where ever you would like to volunteer

• There is no “save” button just type and exit.

If you would like to sign-up at church, we will have a table on the following Sundays in August – 6, 20 & 27
