Meg here: As the official photo gal, I have over 300 amazing ones to post to a web album when I get home. Please send me an email at if you wish to see the whole amazing journey of contrasts in this fascinating country.
After an overnight train ride to Agra, we were at the Taj Mahal for a tour of the most symetrically beautiful marble building in the world. Sunday in Dehli, we chose 3 contrasting amazing experiences. The last home of Mahatma Ghandi was soul inspiring with story art and the musical instruments he enjoyed, all in an interactive museum. In the afternoon we splurged on a great “Vegas Style” live show of the Gypsy Prince” celebrating the Indian drama, music, and Bollywood dancing all in stunning sparkly costumes and multimedia settings.
Our evening was magical in the lighted up original Sikh Temple, where we were escorted through the sanctuary, and the huge volunteer kitchen and dining area for everyone by a charming and informative Sikh guide.
I was treated by email to the “Overflowing With Gratitude”choir and solo video from Artesia Davis’s dad, and felt overflowing myself!!!!
