Amazing Success Fighting Slavery

We have been so amazed at the work being done by our partners here in India! They are an amazing group of individuals who are so knowledgable about how to overcome slavery, trusted by the communities that they serve, and dedicated to facing hardships and opposition every day in the field. Today we visited with a second partnering organization that is working in this state of Uttar Pradesh. They shared about some of the rescues they have conducted to free slaves and the Freedom Chariot that they use to raise awareness about the issue.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I am just reading the posts today and I am truly moved by all the information coming out about what is happening in India and about your experiences. You, Patty, Meg, and Linnea will have so much to share when you return. Thank you.
This is such important work and I’m happy that our wonderful group from UUSS is helping to bring about awareness of slavery as well as giving encouragement to those working so hard to promote justice and freedom. Thank you for the update, Petra.
