Last Sunday the Freedom Club had a special guest visit via Zoom. Lily, the Development Associate at the organization “Free The Slaves” (FTS), came to thank the Freedom Club for their efforts and encourage them in their work. She shared that over the last decade The UUSS Freedom Club has raised over $16,000 for FTS, which has helped 182 children in Ghana to find freedom. Lily congratulated the members and shared that they are the student group which has raised the most money for FTS across the country. The Freedom Club will be featured in FTS’s upcoming Donor Spotlight.

The Freedom Club wants to thank all UUSS members for always supporting their efforts and being part of bringing freedom to those who are enslaved around the world!
