This is exciting. We’ve really established credibility with the County on EJ. They are going to have one more County Environmental Justice outreach event and it will be in our own backyard.

Here are some ways to help with this:

Saturday, November 2, 2-3:30 p.m. At UUSS. Canvass to hand out flyers for November 7 County EJ Workshop.

Sunday, November 3, noon – 1:00 p.m. At UUSS. Canvass to hand out flyers for November 7 County EJ Workshop.

Wednesday, November 6, 7-8:30 p.m. At UUSS Library. Sac ACT EJ Committee meeting to discuss on which of several important County EJ issues we should focus our time and efforts.

Thursday, November 7, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. County Interactive event on improving the Environmental Justice Element. Swanston Community Center, 2350 Northrup Avenue. Food and drinks provided.
