“A Quiet Presence: The Photography of Lloyd Fergus” opens in Sacramento

Viewpoint Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of a retrospective exhibit titled “A Quiet Presence: The Photography of Lloyd Fergus”. Lloyd, who passed away last year at the age of 99, was a beloved and respected member of UUSS and the UU Community Church of Sacramento. He was a founder and Honorary Life Member of Viewpoint Photographic Art Center.
Considered to be a master of black and white photography, Lloyd typically found his images in his travels in the western United States and Canada. The exhibit will be open from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays, from February 5 to March 2, 2019. A Viewpoint Member Reception will be Friday, Feb. 8, 6:00-8:30 pm, and a 2nd Saturday Opening to the general public this Saturday, Feb. 9, 5:00-9:00 pm.
