Finding Light On The Parkway, Friday, March 27, 2020

Hi, Folks,
Here, from the Parkway, is a female Common Merganser. Seen commonly on the American River, the female has coloring completely distinct from the male. Learn about this interesting species at: https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Common_Merganser/overview.
This one seems to have purpose in mind. “Awright!”, she may be thinking, “Foggy or not, it’s time to quit sitting around on this rock and do what needs to be done!”
Wishing you lightness of spirit, and the will and means to get things done despite the limitations of the times.
Dave
