Finding Light On The Parkway, Wednesday, April 15, 2020

Hi, Folks,
Seems like I’ve been feeling tired and finding it more difficult to get things done these days. An article (see link below photo*), published by the Parasol Wellness Collaborative, and forwarded to me by my daughter, sheds probable light on reasons for ennui in stressful times. The article is titled, “Why Am I So Tired?”, and after an informative discussion of the neuropsychological basis for such feelings, the author concludes with suggestions such as:
“…at the essential core of coping and self-care during this time is simply remembering to focus on grace and self-compassion as you navigate this unprecedented time. Take a walk, take a bath, take a nap, take deep breaths, ask for help, help where you can… No guilt, only grace, as we walk this uncharted territory together.”
I hope you treat yourself gently and walk in beautiful light today,
Dave
