Greetings, UUSS Parkway Stewards and Friends,

Fourteen longtime UUSS Parkway Stewards came out last Saturday, the 11th, and collected at least 15 bags of trash across our UU Mile. A Sacramento County park ranger came by shortly before the above picture was taken and put 10 bags in his pickup. Thanks to all who came out and to those who did “double duty” that morning continuing their service over at UUSS planting flowers!

Finally, a big thanks to David Libby for subbing in while I was travelling!

Our next UUSS Parkway Stewards’ Saturday clean up will be on the second Saturday of December. December 9, 2023 with check-in at 8:45 a.m. and an hour of cleanup from 9 to 10 a.m.
