Kudos to our UUSS Parkway Stewards for their large turnout and great efforts this past Saturday, June 12, 2021

Thanks to the incredibly gratifying turnout of 25 people (most of whom are pictured above) who came out to the “UUSS mile” (Mile 6/7 north on the American River Parkway) and spent an hour cleaning up trash on and off the paved bike and walking trails this past Saturday, June 12, 2021.
It was much appreciated! We picked up and bagged a very impressive amount of stuff to help keep our Parkway looking good. Afterwards, a number of us had a fun time chatting over coffee at nearby Panera Bread. Our next cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, July 12th at 8:45am at the usual place…and check out our Saturday haul below when you scroll down….
All the best,
Eric Ross
