Racial Justice Movie Night
Friday, May 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Fahs Room
The UUSS Racial Justice Committee is hosting a screening of the film Medicine for Melancholy about a social justice activist and an affluent professional who develop romantic feelings, realize they are separated by an array of political and philosophical differences, and must decide if these factors are more important than their budding relationship.
This is a fundraising event to support Black Lives Matter Sacramento. While the movie is free to attend, participants will be asked to make a donation, so please bring cash, check, or credit card. The amount is up to you!
If you can’t attend but would like to contribute, you can do so here.
For more information, check out the Facebook event page.
