3-hour shift every week.  Be part of a team of reliable childcare providers who welcome and care for children during services and programs at an open and inclusive congregation in Arden Arcade.

On Sundays we welcome from 3 to 12 toddlers and infants in a clean, spacious nursery with a new outdoor playground.

Caregivers are encouraged to use crafts and story books to engage children but there’s no curriculum.

Shift is 3 hours; room is open 9:15 – 12:15. The busy time is 10:15-11:45. You can leave after that if no children remain or you can do other tasks for a full shift.  Occasional extra Sunday or weeknight hours available. We have good participation and support from appreciative parents &grandparents. Wage $16-$18 hour based on experience, ECE credits and other education.

For an interview and visit with us, send a resume and cover letter noting your interest in the weekly positions or occasional substitute work to .

One Response to “Job Opening–Sunday morning Childcare Provider”

  1. We have filled the regular staff positions and will be opening the nursery before the service starts on Sunday, Oct. 16! We will be seeking parents or grandparents willing to be on a volunteer substitute list in case of an unexpected (or planned) absence of one of our pair of providers. We also are open to interviewing child care providers who would like to be on the paid substitute list, so if you know of an interested person, please encourage them to apply. Thanks!
