Sorry for you Superman fans but this post has nothing to do with Clark Kent or Lois Lane or even Krypton!

But if any of you were wondering what happened to the steel canopy that used to welcome folks to UUSS, I have good news:  it has a new home with a local artist that respects and loves the power of steel.

This artist’s name is Dave Lane and his work has been shown at the California State Fair, the Nelson Gallery at UC Davis and the Kondos Gallery at Sacramento City College.  For additional information on him and his work, please see the link below:
