Its been a rough year and we all have endured various forms of trauma – whether large or small.
This Sunday we will explore trauma through the lens of the book, My Grandmother’s Hands by Ressmaa Menakem. We will reflect on how trauma lives in our bodies and how attention to healing this trauma is critical for healing our world.
