A lifelong UU, Rev. Ilene grew up in the Virginia suburbs of D.C. She also is a lifelong Sikh–a member of a religion that originated in the 1400s in the Punjab region of South Asia. Come hear about her journey. Learn about similarities between Sikhism and UUism. Rev. Ilene serves the UU congregation in Brevard, North Carolina, where Rev. Roger will preach on March 24. Today’s service honors Dr. King’s legacy of building relationships and mutual understanding.
