Called to Beloved Community

The national president of our religious denomination comes from Boston to celebrate 150 years of liberal religious community in Sacramento! Susan is the first woman elected as president of our UUA, and the youngest to serve since 1985. While serving the UU Congregation of Phoenix for 8 years, she was a strong interfaith ally to activists of color in supporting migrants and opposing the human rights abuses of Sheriff Joe Arpaio and getting him convicted. Come to hear Susan’s charge to us for the next 150 years, and especially for these crucial times.
