This week marks the 75th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the United States, ending World War II in the Pacific. We reflect on that legacy of tragedy, grief, and global fear and on the ever-present need to protect people from the violence of militarism racism in all their forms.
