What We Leave Behind
What We Leave Behind
by Rev. Lucy Bunch
Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento
Sunday, November 25, 2018
Continuing our Fall theme of Heritage and Legacy, Rev. Lucy considers “stuff” — all the geegaws and collections that we keep. What do these things say about us while we are alive, and how will they represent us after we are gone? Karen Hirsch, a collector and vendor of vintage items will share some of her thoughts as well. Our Music Director Keith Atwater will sing “Patchwork Quilt” by Michelle Lanchester about the AIDS quilt and the people that it memorializes.
