Our friend Ami Bera returns to the pulpit for a sermon about this week’s five-day festival of lights, one of most popular celebrations in Hinduism, and shared in India also by Jains, Sikhs and some Buddhists. Also known as Deepavali, it is mentioned in ancient Sanskrit texts as marking the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance. What does it have to do with life today? Come find out! Our Shared Offering today will support Wind Youth Services.
