This year’s Stewardship Campaign begins on March 26 and ends April 9. I want to ask: What does the word “stewardship” mean to you? To me, it is the friendships that are developed in our abundant community, where we can discuss our diverse ideas. Most of my closest friends come from this community and I want to provide the support that keeps this community thriving.
Stewardship is the backbone, heart, and soul of UUSS. On a practical level, it’s how we function and live our mission. When individuals pledge to participate financially, we support our abundant community.
When you consider pledging, and we hope you do, please consider what it takes to support our facilities, ministers, and staff. Think about what the UUSS Community brings to you, and how it makes a difference in the world. The love, time, energy, and financial support we put in will come back to us multi-fold. I hope this year’s campaign will inspire you, because your pledge will sustain us all. -Kathleen
