Our Stewardship theme this year is “Meeting the Moment: Tending to Community.” These words resonate with those of us on the Stewardship Committee, and now we would like to hear from YOU about how you meet this moment and tend to community. Everyone has their own ways of serving UUSS. Please reply in the comment section with 3 ways that you tend to community.
And if you haven’t already pledged, please visit the Stewardship page and make your pledge.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
We received several thoughtful responses on Sunday.
From Jim Eastman: I design pretty graphics. I lead, organize and facilitate. I listen.
from David Paul: I co-chair the Adult Enrichment Committee. I mow the grass. I sing in the choir.
Another member says “I volunteer for the auction. I weed the labyrinth.”
We will try to share how more people tend to community in future posts and comments.
From the March 27 Stewardship Sermon:
Another person got carried away and wrote four things: “I show up. I sing in the choir. I lead hikes. I make an annual pledge of financial support. “
I feed people; I grow things; I try to keep my heart open
