“Moving Forward to Better Days… Together”

As we see the end of a particularly challenging year, the Stewardship Committee’s theme this year is “Moving Forward to Better Days… Together.” Stewardship Week begins March 28 and ends April 5. Yes, this year we’re doing just a one-week, mainly online stewardship campaign! Though we cannot gather together in person at this time, many UU churches are finding that this method is quick, fun, and effective.
Watch the Weekly Message and the UUSS Between Sundays Facebook page for more details in the coming weeks. We’ll also be sending out colorful postcards for this event very soon. Right now, start thinking with your family about what UUSS means to you, and what your pledge can be to sustain the UUSS mission in the 2021-22 church year. We have seen so much uncertainty and loss in our community and around the world this year, but UUSS has stayed strong, providing online support, community, ritual, and joy to our members. We value everyone’s contributions, and hope that as we begin to plan for next year, we can celebrate better days together with a solid foundation and many exciting new opportunities. Thank you.
