“The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” directed by Jill McMahon, opens this Friday, April 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the UUSS main stage.  If you can’t make opening night you can still visit Oz Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. through May 12. (No 2:00 p.m. performance on May 5.) Tickets are only $5, available at the door.

Follow Dorothy and Toto as they travel along the Yellow Brick Road on their journey to the Emerald City to see the Wizard of Oz. Along the way, they meet up with Glinda the Good,  the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman, the Cowardly Lion, the Wicked Witch, the Fighting Trees, and the Flying Monkeys. This fun, interactive production is great entertainment for the whole family!

The cast includes many UUSS members and several familiar faces from other Theater One productions including Julia Long as Dorothy, Susan Madden, Laurie Jones, Pat Skeels, Pat Davis and Debra Laughlin.
