Experience a special poem and discussion on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. The next gathering will be Feb. 21, at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom link uuss.org/online . All are welcome.
We will look at the poem Walking Meditation, by Thich Nhat Hanh, the Vietnamese monk, activist, and Zen Master, who died on January 22, at age 95. Perhaps better known for his other Buddhist writings, his collection of poems has also inspired many. Walking Meditation can be found at this link.
